This piece measures 24" x 24" x 1.5", gallery wrapped canvas, with the pattern of the front spilling over the edges. Deep red, & black swirls, and circles. Great texture. I have also finished two pieces in this series of three, that are smaller, but deeper, 3", chunky canvas, they look great together. All have been finished with 4 coats of high gloss varnish.

When I finished this spectacular shawl, it reminded me of my trips to the California Redwoods. This is a dramatic work of art that will be the envy of everyone who sees it! Luxuriously warm and soft, I have once again used one of my favorite yarns that results in beautiful art to wear! Each end is finished with a deep ruffle that adds to the drama. Although the colors are deep rich tones of nature, metallic threads have been used to add a sparkle here and there.
